Order & delivery

You can expect your package within 3-7 business days after it has left our fulfilment partners warehouse. It can take between 24-48h to dispatch your package. We offer free shipping for orders over 50 USD.

Most of our shipments are trackable, but please note that there might be some exceptions where the package can't be tracked depending on state and country. When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so that you know that the package is on its way. Please note that it might not show up within the first 24h in the system as it can take up to 1-2 days to update.

We understand, this can happen! Please email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to respond to your request. If the order has already been dispatched from our fulfilment partners warehouse you will have to go through our returns process. As we can't guarantee a change of order after a order has been placed, please choose your products carefully.

Provided your order has not been shipped yet, we can definitely help you out with that! Please send your details and the updated shipping address to support@easyphresh.com.

If your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately can't help you. So please check your address carefully to make sure it's correct.

At the moment we only sell our products within the US from this website.

Returns & exchange

Yes we do! We offer a 30-days returns policy, you can read more here. Please note that not all products will be eligible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you need to return your product, please contact our team at support@easyphresh.com and provide your name, order number and reason for the return.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Payment

We offer the standard credit card & debit card payment options, e.g. visa, mastercard, amex etc. You can also use PayPal.

Our highest priority is your privacy and security. We use Shopify Payments which is a secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers.

Go to the checkout and on the first page of the checkout there will be a box where you can enter the discount code. Only one discount code can be used per order.
